Cross Country Begins...

"For something to hurt that bad, and feel so good, it's just inexplicable."
- Adam Goucher, NCAA Cross Country Division 1 Individual Champ - 1998

Welcome to your ACS cross country blog.  We will use this blog to share, communicate and update you on events that are happening this cross country season.  We will try to update this blog with information to answer any questions that you may have regarding practice times and workouts.  Also feel free to post questions that you may have.

Your first assignment is to respond to this post with one thing that you are excited and fearful about for this cross country season.

Still not sure what cross country means....
